About Preston Peifer

Preston Peifer is a student at Utah State University, and Founder and President of the AI Club. He is a talented musician,  writer and has been an active philanthropic volunteer his entire life. He volunteered with Boys and Girls Clubs activities, built and delivered food bags with the Kids Eat Program, and is currently the Director of the Garden Towers  program in UG. He spent the summer of 2023 in Uganda helping provide  training  to families for sustainable food systems, coaching the Kids Read UG  team with health and wellness protocol and building Garden Towers as a  liaison with the Usana Foundation. His background and love of travel make him the perfect person to be on the Feed 2 Read Board for Uganda.
